Workshop leader/facilitator
Sarah has worked both nationally and internationally as a workshop leader and facilitator.

Sarah's creative writing workshops focus on the participants developing their own voice, discovering what stories they want to tell and why and looking at different structures and formats. Specialising in spoken word and playwriting, Sarah offers introduction workshops for beginners and smaller group workshops for those wanting to work on specific pieces.

Experience includes:

Hosting theatre creation workshop at Italia Conti. Supporting students to develop new ideas and guiding them through theatre making techniques.

Facilitating at local youth group, Alchemy, in South London. Supporting teens with their writing and working one on one, mentoring students in poetry and playwriting.

Hosting creative writing workshops for students in Lithuania and Ireland. Both in person and on zoom, for secondary school - university level.

Hosting creative writing workshops for writers and members of the community in Gothenburg.

Hosting text/dance workshops for dance school students in Gothenburg. Introducing the dancers to working with text, using their voices and running exercises to combine the text with movement.
